What is the difference between coloured candles and candles with a coloured coating?
Coloured candles have the colour added to the hot, liquid wax. Candles with a coloured coating have the colour added after production. Embrace candles have a coloured coating to ensure and maintain their optimal burning qualities.
What is the difference between a dipped or poured, a cast and a pressed candle?
Candles can be made in a number of different ways: they can be dipped/poured, cast, or pressed. Dipped candles are dipped into hot wax time and time again, until they are the right size just like poured candles. To make cast candles, the hot wax is poured into a cast. A pressed candle consists of wax flakes or powder pressed into candles.
